A local Commercial Design/Build Contractor, Consolidated Construction Co., is seeking a skilled Project Manager for the North Dakota area. The Project Manager will coordinate, lead, manage and oversee all areas of existing and new commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Work with business development to prepare proposals; manage budget; cost report; select contractors/vendors; and facilitate all construction meetings for commercial projects
Work closely with Jobsite Superintendents to understand project status; review scheduling; update progress reports and other items related to each project
Manage the financial aspects of a project from cost reports, to payments, estimates, labor and equipment, invoices and change orders
Manage client relationship via building consensus, educating and working to consistently exceed client's expectations
Oversee , manage and mitigate risk in all projects
Coach, train and manage Project Teamthrough all areas of development with principle centered behavior
Address and enforce all company policies and procedures
Assume full responsibility for bid proposal process from workingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
