This position is responsible for maintaining and expanding Salt Water Disposal services to existing and potential customer base. The candidate will maintain and develop sales-focused relationships with existing customer and potential customer contacts. The Sales Representative/Manager will work closely with Operations and other departments to understand activity levels, utilization and other factors impacting the area for which they are responsible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing relationships and contacting customer decision makers to generate business y
Meeting with customers on a regular basis to ensure existing sales and secure additional sales
Monitor producers drilling activity and permits
Preparing written reports, sales presentations and cost benefit analysis
Developing, demonstrating and presenting solutions to customers
Provide feedback and sales proposal to customers
Develop new prospects and interactions with existing customers to increase sales, new products and/or services
Develop and maintain intelligence gathering on current and potential customers and competitors
Communicate and coordinate with Operations daily to understand levels of activity at each site, pricing, facility utilization and opportunities to increase sales
Develop positive relationships with other employees in operations, accounting and other departments
Represent company in the marketplace by attending various industry organizations and events as appropriate
Staying informed on current industry trends, opportunities, products and competitive issues
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
Three to five (3-5) years of prior oil field sales experience
Excellent business prospecting, sales and negotiation skills
Strong relationship builder skills
Excellent communication, managerial and computer skills
Ability to function and respond well in a fast pace and competitive environment
Must be available and willing to travel on a regular basis within sales territory

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
