SWD Operator

SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operators are responsible for the day to day operations of saltwater disposal wells.
Provide on-site testing and troubleshooting of materials and make recommendations concerning QA/Qc procedures and processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
oWorks with ethics, honesty, values and integrity.
Provides a position of professionalism to others.
oPerforms field operations related to produced water gathering pipelines and disposal wells.
oAnalyzes and reports on leak detection alarms to ensure compliance and safety.
oSupervises contract pumpers.
oEnsures the weekly, monthly and quarterly preventative maintenance on SWDs is completed.
oPerforms line locates to identify our underground infrastructure during nearby excavation.
oMay be required to assist on locations if an issue arises.
oCommunicates test results to appropriate personnel.
oMaintains all records related to job function and fluid reporting and analysis.
oFosters a positive working relationship with co-workers, customers, clients and management.
oCompletes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis.
oResponsible for answering company issued cell phone during on call hours, in accordance with company and safety policies.
oAny other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
