$24-36 DOEQualifications -Minimum of 2 years or more of related work history -Individual must be willing to learn, reliable, and have mechanical ability -Knowledge of diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems -Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics -Knowledge of modern vehicle systems with ability to diagnose and repair a variety of fleet vehicles -Ability to use a variety of diagnostic tools like Diagnostic Scan Tools, Multimeters, Pressure Gauges, -Knowledge of electric and air brake systems on trailers -Basic Welding Skills -Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and work well with others -Must be able to communicate using oral and basic written communication -Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screening and will be entered into a random testing pool -Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check -Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Responsibilities Keep a clean & organized work environment.
Service, Diagnose, & Repair a variety of equipment used by the company.
Service, Diagnose, & Repair Fleet Vehicles and Trailers Perform preventative maintenance, service, and inspections on vehicles, equipment, and trailersKeep accurate and detailed records of work performed.
Perform DOT vehicle and trailer inspections.
Complete all required safety training assigned Recommended Skills Curiosity Diesel Engines Hydraulics Monitoring And Installation Of Braking Systems Pressure Measurement Preventive Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
