Qualifications:
o Ability toeffectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom willrequire high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collectaccurate information and resolve.
o Ability to understandand follow directions o Excellent customer service skills o Hotel experienceis preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible forgreeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
o Will use apositive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respondwith appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hoursand local attractions.
o Completingrequired shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end ofshift cash closing procedures o Creating guestreservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment toguest folios.
